DA-1501 is a dipole wide band VHF antenna for professional radio systems. Dipole incorporates 1/4 wave coax line matching circuit optimized for wide bandwidth and accurate matching. All connections made by soldering and are the one-piece. The horizontal radiation pattern is adjusted by changing the distance between dipole elements and supporting mast. All antenna parts are made of aluminum and covered with polymer powdered coating ,which is sintered at a high temperature, forming a polymer coating which resists water and ice buildup, and provides exceptional protection from corrosive gases, UV radiation, salt spray, acid rain and windblown abrasives. All components of dipole elements are DC grounded for better lighting and anti-static protection. Note: because of local customs, we not are sending any paper instructions by parcel! Short manual for installation: Install the supplied hardware exactly as shown in the photo. Colored markers on dipole indicate upward direction. Accordingly, the drainage holes at the end of the antenna should point downward. The mast on which the antenna is installed must be no lower than the upper edge of the dipole. The antenna mast must be grounded.
