I do not know the history of this noise bridge. Came across it at a estate sale. And I just don't have a need for it. It is missing two tiny screws too. Hold the top plate on but it is very stable without them. Requires a 9-volt battery which is not included. Comes with the original box as well as the instruction manual. This is old as is. I am unsure how to use or test this.
