Connect YOUR AH-4, AH-3, AH-730 apply 12 vdc to the red and black wires (red = positive) 1) Set your radio to the frequency you wish to have your tuner tune. 2) Make SURE you adjust your radio power to 5-15 watts in a carrier mode (AM, FM, CW, RTTY). 3) Transmit the carrier signal and press button on our interface, the LED will come on and go off in 1-5 seconds while the tuner tunes. 4) Hold red button for 2-3 seconds AFTER LED goes out. 5) Stop transmitting the signal . Use the SWR meter in your radio to confirm a good match (low SWR). If you do not get a good match try again or the antenna wire or vertical you are trying to tune is beyond what the AH-4/3/730 can tune. 6) When you get a good match change power to whatever you desire within the limits of the tuner specifications. Follow instructions in the order shown. Remember to stop transmitting AFTER you release the red button on our interface.
